Happy Holidays! We’re coming to the end of another incredibly busy year. On the professional side we clocked over 120+ shows, won our first Break Out West Award for Video of the Year with The Procter Bros., began work with The Agency Group and EAS management, and met some fine fine folks among the way. I’m very grateful I get to do this for a living and owe everything to the wonderful fans near and far who come out to shows, bring home the music and most importantly, spread the word. You are the best.
2014 - things get started on the right foot. We’re heading out to Kansas City for an official showcase at the North American Folk Alliance, followed but a little tour out east. Then we check off a bucket list item with our very first SXSW official showcase in Austin TX, followed by a tour out west. The summer is filling up with festivals, including our first trip to England to play the Shrewsbury Folk Festival in August. It’s going to be another great year, new music on the way and more shows in your hometown. I’ll see ya out there.
On a personal note, our family was thrilled to welcome Parker Arthur Hoe in Aug. Driving all nighters are hard, but handling all night babies turns out to be much harder. Couldn’t be more thankful and privileged to be a dad.
